Fresh, wonderful, sun-ripened berries are what summer is all about! We put them in everything. When we picked up some gorgeous blackberries at the Forsyth Farmers’ Market, we knew we had to make some sort of drink out of them! We had originally planned to make some blackberry mojitos, but we got sidetracked by some amazing Goslings Ginger Beer. This fortuitous event led to our new favorite drink!
Blackberry Not so Dark and Stormy
4-5 ripe blackberries
2 lime wedges
2 ounces white rum
4 ounces Gosling’s Ginger Beer
Muddle blackberries and 1 lime wedge in the bottom of a mason jar. Fill with ice and add rum and ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wedge. Enjoy!
